Planning for the Future

There is no doubt that McShane’s Nursery & Landscape Supply is dead set on becoming a true "regional" center for success in nursery, garden, and landscape. We invite our customers to become partners in building for our future by checking in on our changes often. Our plan for the future includes the following four phases:

Phase I (December, 2005 - February, 2006): Improved site drainage, cleaning/re-model of the front showroom, paint, new office trailer, re-positioning of the production greenhouse, renovation of the demonstration garden, renovation of the fountain/statuary area and additional dry storage.

Phase II (February, 2006 - April, 2006): Expansion into landscape supplies. This includes the purchase of the neighboring business assets and renovation of the facilities & property to better suit customers.

Phase III (March, 2006 - October, 2006): Renovation to the nursery & entry to include a covered walk/entry, new greenhouse space, and a genuine West-Texas Windmill.

Phase IV (July, 2006 - December, 2006): Paving and landscape of entry to the nursery.

Steve McShane is quite clear about the vision behind the enterprise. That is the mission to build and succeed at operating a true "regional" Nursery and Landscape Supply.
